I coded the five systems on this page myself, one by one, across Ecuador, Mexico, Indonesia and for international clients.

Eso tiene una consecuencia práctica: cuando algo se rompe a las once de la noche, no abres un ticket. Me escribes a mí y lo arreglo. Y cuando pides un cambio, no pasa por tres departamentos. That has a practical consequence: when something breaks at eleven at night you don't open a ticket. You message me and I fix it.
